Processing time
Your order will be ready for pick-up or shipping within 24 hours after your payment is received. Exception: Sundays, public holidays and otherwise stated.
I will notify you via e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up, or when it has been processed for delivery (you will receive the tracking information at this point).
I ship all orders with bpost.
Shipping and handling rates
| Belgium | Pick-up in Schriek: Free. Pick-up at nearest bpost office: €4,50. Delivery to your home by bpost: €5,50. |
| Europe | Small package: €9,50. Large package: €17,50. |
| Rest of the world | Small package: €19,50. Large package: €29,50. |
Large package includes candles, crystals etc.
